• Kieron Kilbride, Managing Director: With over 40 years of experience, Kieron's practical understanding of the industry drives the workforce and the company forward, offering reassurance, knowledge, and stability throughout each contract.
• Josh Kilbride, Director: Joining us in 2012, Josh has progressed from apprentice slater/tiler to managing the commercial aspects of the business, ensuring future works and growth.
• Kelly Diggle, Accounts Manager: Kelly, our accounts manager, joined in 2021, handling all financial and accounting matters with professionalism and efficiency.
• Simon Squires, Contracts Manager: With nearly 40 years in the roofing industry, Simon joined us in late 2020 as Contracts Manager. His extensive expertise and technical knowledge inspire clients and the workforce alike.
• Shawn Phillips, Surveying/Estimating Manager: Shawn, a highly skilled tradesman with over 40 years of experience, manages all tendering, valuations, and invoicing as our lead estimator/surveyor.
• Charlotte Kilbride, Office Manager: Charlotte, joining us in 2022, manages administrative, human resources, office management, accreditations, and general legal matters, maintaining a smoothly functioning office environment.
