Services
Commercial Roofing
We specialise in comprehensive commercial roofing solutions for warehouses, offices, and industrial buildings. Our services include box gutter lining, metal sheeting repairs, asbestos management, and liquid coating applications. With drone survey capabilities and emergency repair teams available 24/7, we ensure minimal business disruption while maintaining roof integrity. Our maintenance plans help prevent costly emergencies through regular inspections and seasonal upkeep.
GRP Fibreglass Roofing
Our GRP fibreglass roofing systems provide durable waterproofing solutions for both residential and commercial properties. Using premium materials from brands like Topseal and Polyroof, we install seamless, joint-free roofs with 20-40 year guarantees. Ideal for flat roofs, balconies, and complex architectural features, our systems resist UV damage and require minimal maintenance while offering anti-slip finishes for high-traffic areas.
Emergency Roof Repairs
Available 365 days a year, our emergency repair service addresses storm damage, leaks, and structural failures promptly. Trained teams respond rapidly across the South West with temporary fixes and permanent solutions to prevent further property damage. We work directly with insurance providers to streamline claims processes while restoring roof functionality and safety.
Property Development
From residential flips to commercial conversions, we manage full property development cycles. Our services include planning permission applications, structural modifications, and complete refurbishments. With 20+ years' experience and industry connections, we deliver cost-effective developments across Somerset, ensuring compliance with regulations while maximising property value.
Drone Surveys
Our advanced drone technology enables efficient, non-invasive roof inspections for commercial properties. High-resolution imaging captures hard-to-reach areas without scaffolding requirements, providing detailed condition reports and photographic evidence. This cost-effective solution improves safety during assessments while identifying potential issues before they escalate into major repairs.
