Services
Asbestos Removal
We safely remove asbestos cement sheets and replace them with modern alternatives like fibre cement or insulated metal sheets. Our process includes proper disposal of hazardous materials and installation of anti-condensation membranes. We work with industrial and commercial properties to upgrade outdated roofing systems while maintaining safety standards.
Flat Roofing
Our flat roofing solutions include GRP systems with 20-year guarantees, built-up felt membranes, and rubber EPDM installations. We specialise in both new installations and repairs, using high-performance materials that ensure long-lasting waterproof protection for residential and commercial properties.
Lead Work
We provide comprehensive lead work services including valley gutters, step flashings, and chimney lead trays. Our trained specialists perform on-site welding and dressing to create watertight seals at roof junctions, preventing water ingress while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
Velux Window Fitting
We install VELUX and Falcrow roof windows in slate, tile, and flat roofs. Our service includes cutting roof openings, fitting frames, and ensuring watertight seals. We offer various window types including remote-controlled models and centre-pivot designs for different installation needs.
Fascias & Guttering
We supply and install UPVC fascias, soffits, and guttering systems that require minimal maintenance. Our services include complete replacements and repairs of damaged components, ensuring effective water drainage and protection for building exteriors.
