Felt Roofing
Our felt roofing solutions combine traditional expertise with modern materials for durable flat roof installations. Using SIG-certified techniques and IKO products, we provide 10-year warranties on new installations. The multi-layer bituminous system offers superior weatherproofing for both residential and commercial properties, with options for replacement roofs and repairs. Our process includes fixed-price guarantees and comprehensive guarantees to ensure client satisfaction.
Mastic Asphalt Roofs
Specialist polymer-modified mastic asphalt installations create seamless waterproof membranes for flat and sloped surfaces. This durable solution lasts up to 50 years when professionally installed, ideal for balconies, roof gardens, and industrial applications. Our team's unique qualifications ensure compliance with industry standards while maintaining temperature stability and structural integrity across Cornwall's varied climate conditions.
Single Ply Roofing
IKO Armour Plan single ply membrane systems offer lightweight, weather-resistant solutions with 30-year durability potential. The flexible synthetic material provides excellent UV resistance and energy efficiency benefits. Our installations include independent SIG assessments and warranties, with options for both new constructions and retrofit projects requiring minimal disruption during installation across Truro and surrounding areas.
Roof Sealing
Professional liquid coating applications create watertight seals for existing flat roofs using SIG-approved materials. This cost-effective alternative to full replacement adheres to multiple surfaces including concrete, metal, and asbestos. The polymeric coating system forms a seamless barrier against water ingress while maintaining flexibility to accommodate structural movements in both domestic and commercial properties.
Green Roofs
Custom-designed green roof systems transform flat roofs into sustainable spaces with dual environmental and practical benefits. Available in intensive and extensive formats, these installations improve thermal efficiency, manage stormwater drainage, and create biodiversity habitats. Our fully grown systems include waterproof membranes and drainage layers, designed to last 50+ years while enhancing property aesthetics and energy performance.
