Our flat roofing solutions combine traditional and modern techniques to create durable, watertight systems for commercial and residential properties. We install built-up felt, single ply membranes, and liquid-applied systems that meet specific project requirements. Backed by manufacturer guarantees of up to 30 years, our installations ensure long-term protection against weather damage while maintaining structural integrity.
Pitched Roofing
Specialising in traditional slating and modern composite tiling systems, we deliver pitched roofing solutions for new builds and refurbishment projects. Our services include complete roof coverings, repairs, and installation of rainwater systems by trained professionals. Each project benefits from our expertise in heritage materials and contemporary lightweight alternatives across residential and commercial sectors.
Liquid Roofing
Cold-applied liquid roofing systems provide seamless protection for complex roof geometries and challenging substrates. Ideal for both new constructions and overlay applications, these systems offer excellent UV resistance and durability. Approved installations from leading manufacturers ensure compliance with industry standards and long-term performance guarantees.
Single Ply Roofing
Polymeric single ply membranes offer lightweight, flexible waterproofing solutions suitable for flat and low-pitched roofs. Through our specialist division ABC Roofing Services, we install Sika Sarnafil systems that combine rapid installation with exceptional weather resistance. These modern systems are ideal for both new builds and refurbishment projects requiring minimal disruption.
Felt Roofing
Our built-up felt roofing systems utilise multi-layer bituminous membranes for proven waterproofing performance. Modern polymer-modified versions enhance temperature stability while maintaining the reliability of traditional methods. These systems are particularly suited to refurbishment projects requiring durable, cost-effective solutions with comprehensive manufacturer-backed guarantees.
