Services
High Performance Roofing
We install polyester-based felt systems, a widely trusted waterproofing solution for flat roofs. These systems use modified bitumen for flexibility and durability, with a three-layer build-up for a watertight finish. Guarantees of up to 20 years are available, ensuring long-term protection.
Roofline Services
Our roofline solutions include fascias, soffits, and guttering, all made from high-quality uPVC. These products are sourced for durability against harsh British weather and come with a 10-year manufacturers guarantee. They ensure a weatherproof and low-maintenance finish.
Flat Roof Decking
We use 18mm structural-grade CDX plywood, compliant with British Standard 5268 part 2, for flat roof decks. Sourced from sustainable forests, this material maximises roof lifespan and supports the waterproofing system. Poor decking is a leading cause of roof failure.
Roof Insulation
We upgrade insulation during flat roof refurbishments, using polyurethane boards for warm roof designs. A vapour control layer prevents condensation, while the system meets current building regulations. This eliminates heat loss and moisture-related issues.
