High-Performance Roofing Systems

Our expertise lies in the installation of high-performance roofing systems, using only the latest technology and materials. Our polyester-based felt system is one of the most widely specified and used forms of waterproofing for flat roofs. This system consists of three layers: a base layer of B.S. 747 type 3B, followed by a polyester-based underlay, and finished with a polyester-based mineral cap sheet. All products used are supported by British Board of Agreement certificates, and we can offer guarantees of 10, 15, and 20 years depending on the system required.

Other Services

In addition to our main services, we also specialize in uPVC products, sourcing carefully selected materials from experienced manufacturers to withstand the harsh weather conditions of our British climate. All uPVC materials used carry a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee. Furthermore, we take the deck beneath any waterproofing system as the most critical factor in a flat roof's lifespan. We prefer to use 18mm structural-grade C.D.X. plywood, sourced from sustainable managed forests.

Insulation

When refurbishing your flat roof, it's an ideal time to upgrade your insulation. Traditional insulation practices often lead to inadequate insulation, resulting in heat loss and condensation issues. Our approach is to create a "Warm roof" by fixing polyurethane insulation board above the deck area, and providing a vapour control layer below the insulation. This ensures a waterproofing system can be fixed on top of the insulation board, completing the flat roof system. By creating a "Warm roof, " you eliminate the possibility of warm moisture-laden air rising through the roof fabric, reducing the risk of condensation.
