Business Details
Premier Home Improvements brings family-run roofing expertise to Norwich and the wider Norfolk area, covering locations up to 40 miles from the city. Our business, trading under Premier Roofing (Norfolk) Ltd, is managed by Connor Crosby, who grew up in Norwich and continues to live locally. We work on a broad range of residential roofs, from traditional clay pantiles and slate coverings to concrete tiles and modern flat roofing materials. Our services extend from repairing leaks, storm-related damage and defective flashing to installing complete new roofs. We also undertake chimney restoration, repointing and leadwork, guttering replacement, uPVC roofline improvements, and roof cleaning to remove accumulated moss and algae. We select appropriate solutions for each roof and recommend repair rather than replacement whenever practical.
Customer confidence is central to the way we operate. We are fully insured and provide a written 10-year workmanship guarantee covering every roofing job we complete. Our reputation is reflected in a 4.94/5 TrustATrader score based on 39 verified reviews, with approved membership dating back to 2019. Before starting work, we inspect the property, explain our findings and supply a free quotation confirming the fixed cost. Throughout the project, we endeavour to work punctually, protect customers' properties and remove unwanted materials afterwards. Our telephone lines are answered every day from 7:30am to 6pm.

Every repair includes a tidy-up, with free written quotations and fully insured workmanship.
New Roofs & Re-Roofing
We provide complete roof replacements, removing old tiles, felt and battens before inspecting every rafter for damaged timber. Our team installs breathable membranes, treated battens and suitable tiles or natural slate. We also fit dry ridge systems, dry verges and new leadwork where required. Every project includes a free survey, fixed written quotation and 10-year workmanship guarantee.
Flat Roofing
From garage roofs to kitchen extensions and dormers, we deliver professional flat roofing installations using modern materials. Our fibreglass systems offer a tough finish, while EPDM rubber provides flexibility and weather resistance. We can replace deteriorated felt, improve drainage and install suitable insulation. Free, no-obligation written quotations help customers understand their available options.
Chimney Repairs
We specialise in identifying and repairing chimney defects, including loose flashing, failing mortar and damaged chimney stacks. Our work covers new leadwork, repointing, re-capping, rendering and the installation of chimney cowls. When deterioration is extensive, we can rebuild affected sections or remove redundant chimneys. We offer fully insured services and free, no-obligation quotations.
Skylights & Roof Windows
We install and repair skylights and roof windows on pitched and flat roofs, helping bring natural light into your property. Our services include new rooflights, flat roof lanterns and replacement units. We also resolve leaks, draughts and failed seals. Every installation includes appropriate flashing, with surrounding tiles and leadwork made good to maintain a watertight finish.
Fascias, Soffits & Guttering
Our roofline replacement service provides maintenance-free uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering in a choice of colours. We address deteriorating timber, leaking gutters and gaps that allow birds or insects beneath the eaves. Each installation includes appropriate ventilation and effective rainwater drainage.
