Communication and Customer Service
The majority of reviewers praised Contour Roofing for their excellent communication and customer service. Michael Butler, Tom Everett, and Jacquie Lucas all mentioned receiving clear and responsive communication throughout their projects, which was particularly impressive. This suggests that Contour Roofing values customer satisfaction and is committed to keeping clients informed throughout the roofing process.
Workmanship and Quality
Regarding the quality of the work, reviewers were overwhelmingly positive. Michael Butler, Tom Everett, and Jacquie Lucas all praised the roofers for their excellent workmanship, with Tom Everett specifically mentioning the "first-class" work done on his flat roof. Jacquie Lucas was impressed with the job, citing the reliability, consideration, and good value for an excellent job.
Professionalism
However, there were some negative comments regarding professionalism. Curt Smith witnessed shocking driving by the company's workers, and Simon Thorne expressed disappointment at their staff ignoring Covid guidelines. Simon Thorne also mentioned that one worker parked illegally and disregarded face mask regulations. Lack simply stated that the driver of the Contour Roofing vans was a terrible driver.
