Prentice Roofing

Established in Belfast in 1983, Prentice Roofing has grown to become one of Northern Ireland's leading roofing contractors. Our office and warehouse in Belfast enable us to deliver comprehensive supply-and-fix roofing services across the region. We pride ourselves on providing tailored solutions to a diverse clientele, including large-scale developers, independent builders, and private homeowners. Our team of highly skilled CSR-registered tradesmen ensures every project meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. As independent contractors, we offer impartial advice on a wide range of roofing products from leading manufacturers, including concrete tiles, natural slates, and ventilation systems. Our commitment to excellence extends to health and safety, with rigorous risk assessments, method statements, and ongoing staff training forming integral parts of our operations.

We specialise in new build developments, self-build projects, extensions, and re-roofing services, with a particular focus on complex re-roofing challenges that require specialist expertise. Our full-service approach includes lead flashing solutions, chimney trays, and flat lead roofing, supported by comprehensive insurance coverage and a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee through our membership of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. We maintain transparent communication with clients throughout every project phase, from initial consultation to final completion, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of roofing works.
