West Country Tiling prides itself on its skilled workforce, who undergo rigorous training, serving a three-year apprenticeship in roof slating and tiling. After completing their apprenticeship, they continue their on-site development under experienced master craftsmen for several years. Moreover, they attend two residential lead-working courses run by the Lead Sheet Association to further hone their skills. We ensure that our craftsmen can take ownership of the roof they are working on by carrying out all the work, including carpentry, roofing, and leadwork. This approach eliminates potential weak areas and ensures a seamless finish.

Our long-term employees are dedicated to establishing excellent site practices and good site behaviour, which is crucial to our clients. Our in-house Health & Safety specialists oversee all projects, ensuring a smooth and hitch-free process.
