Services
Pitched Roofing
We provide professional pitched roofing installations, re-roofing and repairs for residential, commercial and heritage properties. Our experienced team works with natural slate, clay and concrete tiles to deliver durable, weather-resistant results. We also specialise in ridge, verge and leadwork repairs. Every project benefits from our £1 million public liability insurance and 10-year workmanship guarantee.
Flat Roofing
From minor flat roof repairs to complete replacements, we offer comprehensive solutions for domestic and commercial roofing requirements. Our approach combines quality workmanship with suitable materials, including seamless rubber membranes, fibreglass and traditional torch-on felt. We address existing damage, improve weather resistance and install low-maintenance roofing systems that provide durable, watertight protection for properties of different sizes.
Roof Repairs
Keeping properties watertight and secure is central to our professional roof repair service. We restore damaged leadwork, flashing, chimneys and roof tiles while addressing structural faults and storm-related problems. Our local roofing team provides clear explanations following a detailed inspection. We undertake both minor repairs and urgent maintenance, focusing on high-quality results that prevent problems from recurring.
New Roofs & Re-Roofing
When existing roofing materials become unreliable, we undertake full re-roofing projects to restore lasting protection. Our approach involves stripping away old coverings, correcting underlying defects and fitting suitable replacement materials. We install tiled, slated and flat roofing systems across different property types. With over 40 years of experience, we provide straightforward assessments, free fixed quotations and guaranteed workmanship.
UPVC Installation
Our uPVC roofline solutions combine lasting protection with a clean, modern appearance. We replace ageing timber fascias, install ventilated soffits and upgrade guttering to manage rainwater effectively. Designed to resist harsh weather without rotting, our installations require very little upkeep. We offer various colours and finishes, ensuring your property benefits from practical protection and improved kerb appeal.
Spray Foam Removal
Our spray foam removal service addresses insulation that may trap moisture, damage roof structures or complicate mortgage applications. We carefully remove both open-cell and closed-cell foam using methods designed to preserve underlying materials. Once extraction is complete, we assess the roof's structural condition and ventilation. We also offer re-roofing, replacement underlay and new insulation where required.

I’ve had alliance redo most of my roof and chimney over three separate jobs and they’ve done a nice job overall. Workmanship is good, no issues at all with that. They came back to fix a couple of snags. Mitchell is very helpful with making appropriate suggestions about what is worth doing and what isn’t. My only negative has been with some communication being missed or taking a long time to resolve (e.g. paperwork for building controls).
