Flat Roofing
Our flat roofing solutions utilise torch-on membranes, EPDM rubber, and single ply systems to create durable, cost-effective installations. We cater to domestic garages and commercial buildings with seamless waterproofing that withstands diverse weather conditions. Backed by 10-20 year guarantees, our systems ensure long-term protection while maintaining aesthetic appeal for both new builds and re-roofing projects.
Asbestos Removal
HSE-licensed asbestos removal services follow strict Environment Agency guidelines for safe disposal. Our certified team conducts site-specific risk assessments and method statements to ensure complete compliance. We specialise in challenging environments including historic buildings and confined spaces, offering post-removal make-good services to restore affected areas to full functionality.
Slating and Tiling
Specialist slating and tiling services cover complete replacements and repairs using traditional or synthetic materials. We employ breathable felts and tanalised battens meeting British Standards, addressing common issues like nail rot and weather damage. Our expertise extends to heritage properties requiring period-appropriate materials while ensuring modern durability and weatherproofing performance.
Guttering Systems
UPVC fascias, soffits, and guttering installations provide durable, low-maintenance drainage solutions. Our systems prevent water damage to property foundations while enhancing exterior aesthetics. Backed by a 10-year guarantee, we address both minor repairs and complete system replacements, ensuring proper water management for residential and commercial properties.
Leadwork
Comprehensive leadwork services follow LSA-recognised practices for flashings, gutters, and dormers. We prioritise authentic lead materials over alternatives for superior durability and recyclability. Our installations combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to create aesthetically pleasing, long-lasting solutions that enhance property value and weather resistance.
