Services
Fascias, Soffits and Guttering
Our PVCu fascias, soffits, and guttering systems offer a 30-year guarantee, combining durability with minimal maintenance. We remove all existing timber for total replacement, preventing hidden rot and ventilation issues. Backed by Deeplas insurance and a 48-hour fault response, our installations ensure long-term structural integrity and aesthetic enhancement for properties across the UK.
Cast Iron Effect Guttering
The Cascade range replicates authentic cast iron detailing using modern plastic materials. Manufactured by Brett Martin, this system provides the classic appearance of cast iron with superior durability. Ideal for period properties, it combines heritage aesthetics with lightweight, weather-resistant performance for homes in the West Midlands and beyond.
Polycarbonate Roofing
25mm multiwall polycarbonate roofs offer 20x the impact resistance of glass, with energy-efficient insulation. We replace old glazed roofs with reinforced plastic bars and maintenance-free panels. Suitable for conservatories, carports, and utility rooms, our installations improve thermal efficiency while requiring only minimal upkeep.
Mock Tudor Boards
Polyurethane mock Tudor boards provide a realistic oak-grain finish with a 15-year guarantee. We replace rotten timber boards and renew render, offering pre-coloured Santex coatings or maintenance-free render boards. This solution enhances period properties while eliminating decay risks associated with traditional wooden cladding.
Concrete Gutter Lining
EPDM rubber liners create a 20-50 year waterproof solution for Finlock and concrete gutters. We remove tiles to install seamless liners up to 2m wide, triple-sealing joints and fitting anti-leaf guards. This method eliminates damp issues in upstairs rooms, with average 4-day installations for complete house projects.
