Services
New Roofs
We provide complete new roof installations for residential and commercial properties using premium materials. Our services include pitched roof construction with traditional slates and tiles, and flat roof systems using GRP fibreglass, EPDM rubber, or torch-on felt. Each installation incorporates modern techniques to ensure weatherproofing and longevity, with 25-year guarantees included as standard. Our team works closely with clients to select appropriate materials that balance aesthetics, durability, and budgetary requirements.
Flat Roofs
Specialising in durable flat roof solutions, we offer installations using three proven materials: GRP fibreglass for maximum strength, EPDM rubber for flexibility, and torch-on felt for cost-effectiveness. Our flat roofs incorporate proper drainage systems to prevent water pooling and are suitable for extensions, garages, and commercial buildings. Each installation includes comprehensive waterproofing and insulation to meet current building regulations while maintaining energy efficiency standards.
Roof Repairs
Our responsive repair service addresses all types of roof damage including leaks, missing tiles, and structural issues. We handle both minor maintenance tasks and major emergency repairs with urgency to prevent further property damage. Services include slate and tile replacement, leadwork repairs, and post-storm damage restoration. Our team carries essential materials for immediate fixes while providing long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Roof Replacement
When repairs are no longer viable, we provide complete roof replacement services that restore structural integrity and improve performance. This includes removing old materials, inspecting and repairing underlying structures, and installing modern roofing systems. We handle both pitched and flat roof replacements using appropriate materials for each property type, ensuring compliance with current building regulations and energy efficiency standards.
Roof Cleaning
Regular roof cleaning helps maintain appearance and extend roof lifespan by removing moss, debris, and organic growth. Our cleaning service includes gutter clearance, inspection of roof components, and waterproofing checks. We recommend seasonal maintenance to identify potential issues early and prevent costly repairs, ensuring optimal performance of both new and existing roofing systems.
