Disappointing Experience with GRM Roofing
Unprofessional Installation
The reviewer, Jon, had a poor experience with GRM Roofing, an authorised Bauder installer. Despite being instructed to replace delaminated plywood before installing waterproofing, the installer failed to do so, leading to a subpar outcome.
Consequences of Negligence
As a result, Jon is now left with a flat roof and terrace featuring 18mm plywood that is bowing beneath his feet. The only way to rectify the situation is to remove all the waterproofing and render finishes, rendering the entire waterproofing system installed by GRM Roofing useless.
