Emergency Roof Repairs
Our 24/7 emergency service addresses urgent roofing issues including storm damage, leaking gutters, and loose slates. With rapid response times across Edinburgh and Lothians, our certified technicians use professional equipment to secure properties and prevent further damage. Clients receive immediate assistance through dedicated emergency contact numbers, ensuring swift resolution of critical roofing problems.
Slate Roofing
Specialists in Scotch Ballachulish, Welsh, and other natural slate installations. We match existing materials precisely for uniformity, using quality-sourced slates from quarries worldwide. All new slating works include a minimum 10-year guarantee, with options for both traditional and modern roofing solutions tailored to Edinburgh's architectural heritage.
Leadwork
Certified lead plumbers install and repair lead sheeted roofs, flashings, and valley gutters to BSEN 12588:1999 standards. We use code-specific lead sheets for different applications, from code 3 for cover flashings to code 7 for flat roofs. All leadwork carries a 10-year guarantee, with oxy/acetylene welding ensuring durable, watertight installations.
Flat Roofing Systems
We install and repair bituminous and single-ply flat roofing systems using materials from Ruberoid and Alwitra. Services include insulation upgrades to current regulations, with options for both traditional built-up membranes and modern single-ply solutions. Each installation includes comprehensive guarantees and compliance with UK building standards.
Velux Windows
Professional installation of Velux roof windows and conservation models for existing or new roofs. Our joiners ensure proper external weatherproofing with appropriate flashings, while slaters complete seamless integration with roof coverings. We advise on planning regulations and offer complete solutions including internal plastering and painting services.
