Unreliable Repairs and Unrealistic Quotes
Flashings Repairs Issue
The reviewer, David Blackmore, had a negative experience with the company, which was tasked with repairing the flashings of their tenement building. Despite the company's initial effort, the leak returned almost immediately, and subsequent returns to redo the repair also failed to resolve the issue.
Unacceptable Quote
To add insult to injury, when the reviewer sought a more permanent solution, the company provided a quote of over 3000 to replace the flashing around just one chimney, which was deemed unacceptable considering the amount already spent on the faulty repairs.
