Founded in 1979 by Billy Hodgson, our company has grown steadily, employing over 100 staff members. Throughout the years, we have adapted to the changing landscape of our industry, embracing advancements in health and safety, technology, sustainability, and carbon reduction. Meet the Senior Team

Our leadership team consists of highly experienced and dedicated individuals. John Sayers, our Managing Director, began his career as an apprentice and has been instrumental in driving the company's strategy around environmental awareness, sustainability, and responsible employment. Billy Hodgson, our Executive Chairman, founded the company and is the driving force behind our core values. Marie Errington, our Office Manager, is heavily involved in staff wellbeing and mental health initiatives. Peter Condren, our Operations Manager, has risen through the ranks and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. David Greenwood, our Finance Director, is a highly experienced financial expert, ensuring essential data flows across the business.
