*New Build:* We offer a complete package for the construction of new roofs and cladding elevations, from initial design concept to completion within construction programmes set out by the main contractor. Our expertise in this area ensures that we can handle every aspect of the project, from the design phase to the final handover.

*Refurbishment:* Our refurbishment schemes for flat roofs and cladded buildings provide long-term solutions with the minimum disruption to the occupants. We offer over cladding systems, as well as complete strip and re-sheet processes, allowing us to tailor our services to the unique needs of every client. Manufacturer's system guarantees are available for specific projects, providing added peace of mind for our clients.

*Maintenance & Repairs:* Our highly trained specialist work team can carry out maintenance and emergency repairs, regardless of the problem at hand. We can provide solutions for most persistent problems where others may have failed.

*Access & Hoisting:* We provide a wide range of access and hoisting services, including scaffold, edge protection, netting, hoisting materials, stripping materials, plant, and roofing works survey & drawings. We manage the entire process, from calculating safe working methods to setting up the site, erecting access/hoisting, placing materials, fitting purlins and cladding rails, fixing new roof coverings, and working to Q.A.
